 Day 1 – 4: On Safari in Moremi Game Reserve.
You set out on your first day of Safari from Maun to the Moremi Game reserve – approximately 3 hours drive.
Explore the beautiful riverine forests, marshland areas and open savannas which make up the variety of habitats Moremi has to offer.
This world famous Game reserve has excellent game sighting – Lion, Leopard, cheetah, buffalo as well as the elusive Wild Dog.
Arrive at your private camping area and relax after game driving with a cold drink before dinner is served each night.
Staff will prepare your hot bush shower.
Based at camp, morning and afternoon game drives are taken each day for your 4 day stay in this region.
 Day 5 – 7: On safari in Savuti region of Chobe National Park.
Move north (approximately 4 hours drive) through northern Moremi and cross over into the Chobe National Park. The area in the south is known as Savuti and is a stark contrast to the verdant Moremi and Okavango areas. Savuti offers large open savannahs famed for large lion prides who hunt the large numbers of elephants.
The Savuti channel, dry for the last 25 years is now in flood and brings a rich selection of game to drink from the waters.
We spend 3 nights in this stunning area exploring the 7 rocky outcrops surrounding the Savuti ‘Marsh’ and home to leopard and a small group of klipspringer (the only ones found in Botswana)
Day 8 – 10: on safari along the Chobe river
For the last 3 nights, head north to the Chobe river area – abundant with game along the river floodplains as well as stunning bird and aquatic life in the rover itself.
The Chobe area has several species unique to this area – Chobe bush buck, for example, and is the furthest south that one finds the
Puku antelope.
Day 11: Depart
After 10 nights of game viewing and living under the stars we say goodbye to our safari crew. Tour finishes in Kasane where onward arrangements can be made to Victoria Falls.
